I saved something and nothing happened

Capture is instant; understanding takes a few seconds and runs in the background. Pull down on Today to refresh. If it still isn't there after a minute, check you're online — Remember Me AI Pro holds captures on the phone and sends them when it can.

It got something wrong

Open the memory and tap Edit. Correcting a detail also tells Remember Me AI Pro you're certain about it, so it ranks higher next time you search. Anything the AI wasn't sure about is marked and waits for you in the AI Inbox.

Why does it say "Not sure — check this"?

That's Remember Me AI Pro admitting the detail is a guess — usually a blurry photo or an unusual layout. A guessed fact should never look like a stated one.

My reminders aren't arriving

Tap the bell on Today and check reminders are on. iOS also has to allow them: Settings → Notifications → Remember Me AI Pro. If you're waiting on a nearby nudge, location has to be set to Always — on "While Using", iOS won't wake the app while your phone is in your pocket, which is exactly when you'd be driving past.

Why didn't it save my password?

On purpose. If a note looks like a password, passcode or key, Remember Me AI Pro refuses it. A password manager is the right home for those.

How do I get my data out?

Today → the account icon → Export everything. You get a single file containing all your memories and their details.

How do I delete my account?

Today → the account icon → Delete account. Memories, files and reminders are deleted with it. This cannot be undone.
