What we keep, and what we refuse to

Remember Me AI Pro is made by Proway Exteriors LLC ("we"). This explains what the app stores, who else touches it, and how to get rid of it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we store

• What you capture. The notes you type or speak, the photos, screenshots and documents you add, the links you save, and any location you deliberately attach to a memory.
• What the AI made of it. A title, a summary, structured details (a total, a date, a serial number), and how confident it was.
• Your account. Your email address, and — if you sign in with Apple or Google — the name and email they pass on.
• Reminders and places you have created or agreed to.
• Usage counts — how many captures and questions, so plan limits can be applied. Not the content of them.

What we refuse to store

If something you capture looks like a password, passcode, PIN or API key, Remember Me AI Pro declines to save it and tells you why. Card numbers, social security numbers and bank identifiers are stripped out before any text is sent for processing. This is enforced in the software, not promised in a document.

Who else sees it

Remember Me AI Pro uses AI providers to read what you capture. Only the specific memory being processed, or the few memories relevant to a question, are ever sent. Your history is never uploaded wholesale.

• OpenAI, Anthropic and Google — process captures and answer questions. Under their API terms, this content is not used to train their models.
• Supabase — hosts the database and file storage.
• Apple — speech recognition and address lookup, which happen on your device where your language supports it.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and there is no third-party analytics or tracking in the app.

Location

Location is only used when you ask for it: saving where you are, or being nudged near a place you saved. Nearby alerts are off by default. Your location is not tracked in the background for any other purpose, and it is not shared with anyone. Addresses are turned into map coordinates by Apple, on your device.

Keeping it safe

• Every memory is tied to your account by database-level rules, so one account's data cannot be read by another even if the app is wrong.
• Files are stored privately and served only through short-lived signed links.
• Your session is held in the device keychain, not in ordinary storage.
• You can add Face ID or a passcode to open the app.
• AI provider keys live on our servers and are never inside the app.

Your data, back in your hands

• Export. Privacy Center → export everything as a file you keep.
• Delete a memory. Any single memory, any time.
• Delete the account. Privacy Center → Delete account. Your memories, files, reminders and account are removed. This cannot be undone.

Captures are kept until you delete them or close your account. If you delete your account, backups age out within 30 days.

Children

Remember Me AI Pro is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the app will tell you rather than quietly updating this page.
